We are seeking an experienced Product Owner to drive our company's digital transformation. This is a highly skilled and technical role that requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

About the Role

This position will oversee the development and management of our Global digital hub that serves healthcare professionals. You will work closely with the development team to ensure that our products meet business requirements, are technically sound, and are delivered on time.

The successful candidate will have experience in software development processes and be familiar with Agile methodologies. They will also have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and communicate product vision and strategy to stakeholders and development team
  • Work closely with development team to create and prioritize product backlog items
  • Ensure that all product requirements are clearly defined and documented
  • Collaborate with UX designers to create user stories and wireframes
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and market trends in the healthcare and life science industries
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure that products meet technical and business requirements for healthcare and life science marketing technology products
  • Manage the product roadmap and release schedule for healthcare and life science marketing technology products
  • Monitor product performance and make data-driven decisions to improve product quality and user experience for healthcare and life science marketing technology products
Qualifications and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science or engineering
  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role in a technology / Health care / FMCG company
  • Strong technical background with experience in software development processes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
  • Experience in Agile development methodology and tools such as JIRA
  • Experience in healthcare and life science marketing technology products is a must
