Job Title: Abstraction Team Manager

This role involves overseeing the daily operations of a lease abstraction team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a global team and ensuring that the team is delivering high-quality results.

The Abstraction Team Manager will report directly to a Senior Director and will be responsible for:

  • Managing local services, leadership, and people management of managed services employees in India and globally.
  • Engaging with business leaders locally and globally to build and support the managed services team in India.
  • Driving global integration and standardisation in India by working with service offering leadership to build a better global infrastructure.
  • Working with global and local leadership to ensure commonality of approach and resource management.
  • Contributing to the company's strategic plans and objectives by delivering technology initiatives that support growth.
  • Optimizing solutions to improve performance, productivity, or reduce costs within or across departments.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have:

  • At least 7 years' experience in lease abstraction or a related field and managing a global team.
  • Experience in managing abstraction projects, conducting regular meetings with the team, and resolving issues and process improvements.
  • Excellent documentation and presentation skills.
  • A collaborative mindset with problem-solving skills and a client-centric focus.
  • Experience with other business SaaS offerings is a plus.
