Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and sales-driven individual to join our team as an Automobile Sales Executive.
Key Responsibilities:
- Presentation and Attitude: Maintain a presentable appearance and attitude at all times.
- Lead Management: Generate prospects from showroom walk-ins, telephone enquiries, and other leads.
- Demonstrating the Scooter: Showcase the features and benefits of the scooter to potential customers.
- Test Rides and Conversions: Conduct test rides and convert interested customers into sales.
- Closing and Follow-up: Address customer queries and close deals while maintaining a strong follow-up process.
KPIs (Key Performance Indicators):
- TR Completion Rate: Achieve a high percentage of test ride completions from scheduled TRs.
- Sales Conversion Rate: Convert a significant percentage of completed TRs into sales.
- Process Adherence: Maintain strict adherence to processes and SOPs without any deviations.
- CX Rating: Ensure excellent customer experience with minimal negative feedback.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of working experience in sales, preferably in automobile sales.
- Qualification: 12th Pass/Graduation/Diploma.
- Notice Period: Immediate - 10 days.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
- Sales Expertise: Proven sales expertise in automobile sales, preferably in 2W or 4W dealerships, retail, insurance, finance, and banking.
- Driving License: Must possess a valid driving license.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with customers effectively.
Salary and Benefits:
The estimated salary for this role is ₹2.76 LPA + TA and Incentives. We also offer additional benefits including good communication skills and a driving license.
