Job Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our IT operations at a manufacturing plant.

This role will be responsible for aligning all IT operations with corporate standards and regulatory requirements, ensuring GxP-compliant support for manufacturing systems, and managing local infrastructure.

The successful candidate will have strong knowledge of GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, and other applicable regulatory requirements, as well as experience supporting or managing systems in a GMP environment.

Additionally, this individual will be responsible for implementing and monitoring cybersecurity protocols, coordinating the rollout of new IT systems and upgrades, and maintaining and updating IT SOPs in compliance with GxP standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Align IT operations with corporate standards and regulatory requirements
  • Ensure GxP-compliant support for manufacturing systems
  • Manage local infrastructure
  • Implement and monitor cybersecurity protocols
  • Coordinate IT system rollouts and upgrades
  • Maintain and update IT SOPs
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of IT experience, with at least 2 years in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment
  • Strong knowledge of GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, and other applicable regulatory requirements
  • Experience supporting or managing systems such as MES, LIMS, SCADA, or ERP in a GMP environment
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes and system validation life cycle (SDLC)
