  • Lead and manage a team of delivery professionals, providing continuous feedback for improvement.
  • Implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in logistics, with a focus on last-mile delivery operations, or 4-5 years of experience for senior logistics executives.
  • Prior experience in managing teams and handling cash reconciliation.
  • Strong route knowledge within the city and nearby areas is essential.
  • Hands-on experience with daily, weekly, and monthly reporting of logistics metrics.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
