Account Delivery Head Position Overview:

The Account Delivery Head plays a pivotal role in the success of our organization. This individual is responsible for managing Statements of Work (SOWs) and collaborating with Vendor Account Managers to ensure seamless service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations in accordance with SOW requirements and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Identify and resolve service delivery issues promptly, implementing preventative measures as needed.
  • Establish necessary infrastructure for service provision, including technology, financial, human resources, security, facilities, and communication resources.
  • Provide exceptional people management, mentorship, and career development to team members, focusing on low attrition levels and high employee engagement.
  • Drive operations teams to achieve continuous improvement, productivity, and quality gains.
  • Escalate business risks timely to clients and stakeholders.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth.
  • Maintain high-quality client communication for seamless process management.

Critical Skills and Qualifications:

  • 18 years of experience in contact center operations.
  • Strong B2C/B2B sales expertise.
  • Digital marketing ads sales experience.
  • Dynamic leadership skills with experience managing large and diverse teams across multiple sites in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strategic thinking with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent English language proficiency, both written and verbal.
  • Adaptability and enthusiasm for fast-paced environments.
  • University Graduate or above.
  • 8 years of people management experience, including managing leaders, and a strong desire to develop team members and at least 2 years handling sales.
