Job Overview

We partner with global enterprises to accelerate digital transformation.

This role serves as the first layer of demand operations outside Pakistan, ensuring alignment of regional IT services with global corporate standards.

  • Liaise between local business SPOCs/vendors and central IT.
  • Ensure local IT services are standardized under corporate control.
  • Oversee procurement processes, ensure PRs/POs are created and processed accurately.
  • Coordinate with finance teams to validate, approve, and process invoices on time.
  • Ensure compliance with local/regional regulations, including contract and legal requirements.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for demand operations in the region.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and efficiency gains.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks associated with vendor management.
Requirements
  • 15+ years of experience in IT service management, vendor management, or demand operations.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement processes (PR/PO lifecycle, invoice management, vendor payments).
  • Hands-on experience managing IT services (telecom, networking, printing, vendor contracts).
