About the Role

As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing clinical operations to ensure high-quality services are delivered to clients.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leading teams and driving results in fast-paced environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Management: Ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met consistently, identify initiatives for improvement, support quality improvement plans, and present metrics to stakeholders.
  • Client Management: Communicate effectively with clients, highlight issues, propose solutions, and escalate as required.
  • People Management: Manage people-related issues, coordinate with department heads, career plan direct reports, set realistic goals, monitor attrition, and create backup roles.
  • Initiative: Develop and implement initiatives for measurable improvement, constantly monitor progress, and guide teams.
  • Change Management: Manage various types of changes, including process changes, expansions, new implementations, and organizational changes.
Requirements
  • Mandatory qualifications: Medical degree (MBBS, BHMS, BAMS)
  • Certifications: CPC/CIC/CCS or additional relevant certifications
  • Experience: 15 years in BPO/KPO industry, 3+ years as Senior Manager/Director Operations
  • Leadership experience: Managing Managers or similar levels
  • Preferred skills: US healthcare health plan operations experience
