Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Operations Executive to lead our clinical operations team. This individual will be responsible for ensuring seamless service delivery by communicating with clients and various departments.

The ideal candidate will have excellent operational acumen and people management skills, with a strong background in managing large teams and ensuring high-quality service delivery.

The successful Clinical Operations Executive will be accountable for achieving and surpassing service level benchmarks. They must have a good understanding of processes and the ability to manage them through frequent changes.

This role requires the ability to manage resources, their issues, and career planning for continuous improvement and client delight.

The successful candidate will possess a medical qualification, preferably in clinical sciences, and relevant certifications such as CPC/CIC/CCS. They should also have 15 years of experience in BPO/KPO industry, with 3+ years of experience as Senior Manager/Director Operations and experience managing managers or similar levels.

Familiarity with US healthcare health plan operations is preferred, along with implementations/transitions experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications
