About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team and play a pivotal role in interacting directly with potential customers and teams. This individual will be responsible for gathering requirements, estimating effort, cost, schedules, design size, and feasibility.

  • The ideal candidate will work closely with senior engineer technical leaders to execute designs, mentor junior engineers, and interact with implementation teams to ensure clean hand-offs and successful project outcomes.
  • This is an individual contributor and project leader role that spans both depending on the size and scope of the project.
Qualifications and Skills
  • A minimum of 15 years of experience in the field is required.
  • Exceptional customer interfacing and pre-sale skills are essential.
  • Strong proposal writing, presentation, and tuning abilities are also necessary.
  • You must have excellent hands-on experience in areas such as RTL logic design, design verification, teamwork, customer focus, and communication.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Leadership experience in leading teams and projects is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are also beneficial.
