Job Description:

This role entails heading branding and marketing for two divisions, focusing on Seamedu, a Management Technology and Media school producing world-class talent, and Toolbox Studio, a media organization specializing in Visual Effects, Animation, TV Commercials, Motion Graphics, and Corporate Video Production.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive brand awareness and marketing efforts across both divisions.
  • Manage office administration, including budget preparation, fiscal management, and procurement.
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure seamless execution of projects and maintain a cooperative work environment.
  • Foster personal expression and professional growth among students at Seamedu.

This dynamic individual will be responsible for overseeing various tasks, including managing office supplies, assets, and petty cash, as well as handling travel arrangements, hotel bookings, and airport transfers for employees. The successful candidate will also be expected to make administrative and procedural decisions, ensuring confidentiality and maintaining accurate records.

Requirements:
  • Graduate degree in any stream with relevant experience (4-6 years).
  • Proven track record in admin activities, such as housekeeping, agreements, and licensing.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills, with proficiency in English.
  • Hands-on experience with work management, team handling, and timelines.

The ideal candidate should possess a strong ability to analyze problems, think critically, and make informed decisions. Additionally, they should be well-versed in office management principles and practices, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering high-quality results.
