Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Manager - IT to join our team. As a Business Development Manager - IT, you will be responsible for identifying potential consultants, building and maintaining relationships with them, and placing them on client projects. This role is based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India and is a full-time position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and source potential consultants for client projects.
  • Build and maintain relationships with consultants through networking and referrals.
  • Screen, interview, and assess the qualifications of consultants.
  • Coordinate with clients to understand their staffing requirements.
  • Negotiate and finalize contracts with consultants.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and company policies.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Mid-Level: 4 to 6 years of experience in business development/recruitment in the IT industry.
  • Strong knowledge of the IT industry and current market trends.
  • Proven track record of successfully placing consultants on client projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with consultants and clients.
