Job Title: QC Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Quality Control Engineer to join our team in Hyderabad. As a key member of the quality assurance team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the high quality of our Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB) products.

About the Role:

The Quality Control Engineer will be responsible for inspecting and monitoring raw materials, fabricated components, and finished structures to ensure compliance with company procedures, client requirements, and relevant codes/standards.

  • Inspect and monitor raw materials, fabricated components, and finished structures as per drawings and specifications.
  • Conduct quality checks for welding, bolting, cutting, and assembly processes in line with PEB standards.
  • Carry out dimensional inspection of built-up sections, secondary members, and assemblies.
  • Monitor surface preparation, blasting, and painting/coating quality as per required standards.
  • Prepare inspection reports, maintain quality records, and ensure traceability of materials.
  • Coordinate with production, erection, and project teams to resolve quality issues.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO/IS/ASTM/AISC/MBMA standards and client specifications.
  • Participate in internal and external audits.
Requirements:
  • Diploma / B.E / B.Tech in Mechanical / Civil Engineering.
  • 2–5 years of experience in Quality Control in PEB / Steel Structure fabrication industry.
