Franchise Business Manager

We are seeking an experienced Franchise Business Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in franchise development, sales, and customer relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conversion of Dealers to Franchisees:
  • Identify and onboard top-performing dealers as potential franchise partners.
  • Develop and maintain a list of potential franchise partners for conversion.
  • Built pipeline for conversion to franchise stores and upgradation of franchise partners to higher tiers.
Evaluating Retail Excellence Score (RES):
  • Track and drive retail excellence through data-driven decision making for various parameters like store hygiene, visibility, customer feedback capture, POS billing adherence, etc.
  • Audit of franchise retail excellence score on a quarterly basis.
  • Create awareness and importance of RES among franchise partners.
Marketing and Sales Support:
  • Support the sale of focused products via placement, display, and promotion through colour consulting and painting services.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of visual merchandising arrangements at stores and recommend changes.
  • Execute marketing/promotional campaigns for franchise partners.
Franchise Launch and Upgrade:
  • Coordinate the store launch plan and monitor the launch/opening process for smooth operations.
Business Performance Monitoring:
  • Monitor new store performance with required handholding for the first six months.
  • Drive measures/plans to improve underperforming stores.
  • Drive sales of focused value-added products/services through franchise stores.
  • Track return on investment (ROI) of franchise stores – through keeping a close watch on sales and cost implications.
Relationship Management and Conflict Resolution:
  • Build relationships with top franchise partners in the territory.
  • Manage conflicts within franchise and non-franchise stores.
  • Coordinate with the sales team for quick resolution of conflicts and escalated issues.
Training and Development:
  • Train franchise dealer staff on company systems and processes.
  • Train staff on increasing conversions, upselling, cross-selling, and improving customer handling.
Tally and EDC Installation and Adoption:
  • Ensure all stores get Tally installed after readiness and EDC machines also get installed.
  • Collect consent forms for EDC from all finalized stores during agreement signing.
  • Drive integration/adoption for EDC and Tally across all stores.
Paint Consultant:
  • Hire PCs in coordination with the RD Zonal Associate hiring team.
  • Drive productivity for PCs across all stores, ensuring they file CRM data on time.
  • Manage PC performance through regular follow-ups and reviews.
