Seeking a skilled and detail-oriented professional to support immigration applications and client communication.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and review immigration documentation, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client files.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to collect necessary information and provide regular updates on case progress.
  • Research and stay updated on immigration programs, requirements, and regulatory changes.
Administrative Support:
  • Manage day-to-day administrative tasks including scheduling and document preparation.
  • Assist with bookkeeping activities such as expense tracking, invoice preparation, payroll support, and record management.
  • Coordinate projects and ensure timely follow-ups.

Requirements include 2 years of experience in a relevant field, excellent written and verbal communication abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.

Develop strong relationships with clients and colleagues, and maintain confidentiality in all interactions. Stay organized and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.

Utilize industry knowledge to stay current with changing regulations and procedures, and contribute to a team that prioritizes excellence and professionalism.
