Job Title: Senior Executive

As a key professional in our Compliance team, you will play a pivotal role in driving success by effectively handling all matters relating to compliance operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate inward and outward SEBI correspondences
  • Monitor and escalate SEBI communications in a timely manner
  • Maintain an up-to-date list of members' Payment Orders (PO) and Demand Drafts (DD)
  • Monitor FIU Alerts and disseminate relevant guidelines to members on time
  • Organize and manage Anti-Money Laundering (PML) compliances effectively
  • Provide administrative support and assistance in high-impact Compliance initiatives as required
  • Handle documentation of correspondence between us and SEBI professionally
  • Manage the safekeeping of agreements and undertakings with diligence
  • Draft Board Agendas efficiently
  • Support the Chief Compliance Officer (CCO) in achieving goals

For this position, we are seeking an individual with 6-8 years of relevant work experience, possessing regulatory function knowledge, strong administrative skills, and functional competencies such as understanding of Exchange ecosystem and operations. The ideal candidate should have a postgraduate degree from a reputable institution, proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, and excellent behavioral skills like attention to detail, process-driven approach, integrity, responsiveness, effective communication, and attentiveness.
