About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Compliance Lead to spearhead our global compliance, governance, and Environmental Social Governance (ESG) initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • Leverage expertise to lead global training programs on anti-corruption and sanctions compliance, encompassing in-person and online modules across Southeast Asia and Europe.
  • Develop and maintain compliance tools and resources aligned with industry needs and regulatory trends.
  • Navigate anti-corruption regulations (e.g., FCPA, UK Bribery Act) for MACN members worldwide.
  • Promote due diligence initiatives and collaborate with external providers.
  • Foster transparency by championing ESG disclosure within sustainability reporting.
Project Management Skills
  • Stakeholder engagement with trade associations, training partners, and compliance specialists.
  • Custodian of customized training materials (e.g., case studies, checklists, e-learning, blended learning modules).
  • Coordination of workshops, webinars, and digital learning platforms targeting SMEs.
  • Operationalizing the Associate Membership model for Germany, including onboarding and ongoing SME engagement.
  • Contribution to internal learning, external communications, and donor reporting.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Law, International Trade, Public Policy, Business, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • At least 3 years of experience in project management, compliance, ESG, or integrity risk.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of sanctions, or anti-corruption frameworks.
  • Proven success engaging with governments, international donors, NGOs, and business leaders.
  • Fluency in English is essential.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with e-learning tools is beneficial.
