Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned UCCE Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Cisco Contact Center Enterprise components and a passion for delivering seamless customer experiences.

The successful candidate will be responsible for installing and configuring UCCE components, including ICM, CVP, CUIC, Finesse, CCMP, VVB, and CUSP.

Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential in designing and implementing efficient call flows.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Installation and Configuration: Install and configure UCCE components to meet business requirements.
  • Call Flow Design: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement efficient call flows.
  • Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to UCCE components and deployments.
  • Solution Design: Participate in solution design discussions and contribute to high-level architecture planning.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven Experience: Proven experience in installation and configuration of UCCE components.
  • Consulting Skills: Strong consulting skills with excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Troubleshooting Knowledge: Basic troubleshooting and design knowledge of UCCE components and call flows.
Preferred Skills

In addition to the above qualifications, the following skills are highly desirable:

  • High-Level Design Understanding: High-level design understanding of UCCE architecture.
  • CVP Deployment Model: In-depth knowledge of CVP deployment model call flows.
