About Our Role

We are seeking a talented professional to support the growth of our Firm's practices through strategic development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct market research and analysis to inform practice development strategies.
  • Develop high-quality content for prestigious rankings, directories, and awards.
  • Maintain and update Firm profiles, deal lists, experience lists, and marketing collateral.
  • Monitor market trends, legal developments, and competitor activity relevant to the Firm and its practice areas.
  • Support PR and media outreach efforts, including liaison work with journalists and preparation of press materials.
  • Assist in planning and executing Firm participation in events, conferences, and thought-leadership initiatives.
  • Maintain and update internal trackers, databases, and practice development dashboards in real-time.
  • Compose internal and external communications, including newsletters, reports, and social media content.
  • Manage and grow the Firm's social media presence across relevant platforms.
  • Collaborate with Partners and teams across offices to coordinate practice development projects and deliverables.
  • Optimize processes to enhance efficiency and ensure high-quality outputs across all PD activities.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience in legal research, legal rankings, PR, or professional services is highly desirable.
  • Strong research, analytical, and writing skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfort with online databases, social media, and digital tools.
