Key Finance Role:

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our finance team. This role is critical in driving financial strategy, improving unit economics, and maintaining the company's financial stability.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Oversight of operational and project costs for maximum efficiency
  • Coordination of internal and statutory audits to ensure timely compliance and reporting
  • Negotiation with financial institutions to secure funding and manage cashflows
  • Identification and application for relevant government and private sector incentives
  • Optimization of vendor contracts and commercial terms to align with financial goals
  • Monitoring and enhancement of cash flows, working capital, and financial health metrics
  • Support in budgeting, forecasting, and managing the company's P&L statement
  • Preparation of accurate financial statements on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
  • Provision of timely and insightful MIS for internal and investor reporting
  • Improvement of unit economics and profitability across product lines and customer segments
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams to track KPIs and support strategic decision-making

Requirements:

  • Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 4-5 years of experience in manufacturing industries or CA firms
  • Prior experience in manufacturing is preferred
  • Hands-on experience in debt management, financial modeling, and government liaisoning
  • Strong understanding of accounting standards, compliance, and cash flow management
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and financial tools
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
