**Job Purpose**
We are seeking motivated International Sales Representative to generate genuine and productive leads through outbound calls to US/Canada, with the goal of driving successful conversions and maximizing closed cases.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Make outbound sales calls to prospective customers in US/Canada.
- Promote and sell company products and services.
- Handle objections, queries, and escalations effectively.
- Record customer interactions accurately in the system.
- Maintain service quality standards and achieve set targets.
- Build and nurture strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Support team leaders and supervisors in achieving service delivery and financial goals.

**Requirements**:

- Strong communication skills with US/UK accent preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge and good telephone etiquette.
- Problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Prior BPO/International sales experience is an advantage.
- Customer service orientation, flexibility, and team player mindset.
