Full Stack Engineering Leadership Role

This senior leadership position is ideal for an experienced full stack engineer who can guide technical direction, mentor junior engineers, and drive the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions. As a key member of our team, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions that meet business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and development of full stack applications using Java, TypeScript, JavaScript, Angular or React
  • Architect scalable systems and ensure adherence to software development best practices
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives
  • Drive adoption of continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices
  • Mentor junior engineers and lead code reviews
  • Continuously improve system performance, reliability, and maintainability

Professional Requirements and Expertise:

  • 9+ years of experience in full stack development
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field
  • Strong proficiency in Java, TypeScript, JavaScript, Angular or React
  • Experience with CI/CD and cloud platforms
  • Experience in the domain of supply chains or logistics
  • Good to have: Familiarity with Docker, AWS, SQL/NoSQL, and AI/ML integration
