What You'll Do

§ Architect, develop, and deliver full-stack agentic solutions leveraging LangChain, LLMs, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) principles— bringing optimisation across the entire Software Lifecycle.

§ Lead teams in building intelligent Agents that dynamically generate, execute, and refine tests for Enterprise web apps, mobile apps, APIs, and more.

§ Be a hands-on leader: design and implement robust solutions using React, , Python, and agentic AI frameworks (LangChain), orchestrating generative workflows that power seamless automation.

§ Pioneer agentic applications: leverage LLMs, retrievers, and vector databases to create self-improving, human-in-the-loop tools—enabling 5x–10x productivity.

§ Mentor and inspire a high-caliber engineering team, fostering a culture of experimentation, code craftsmanship, and collaborative learning.

§ Accelerate continuous integration, automate deployment pipelines, and directly influence the delivery of the most Advanced AI testing platform.

§ Directly engage with founders, product leadership, and ambitious peers—actively shape roadmap and future releases.

About You

§ A visionary technical leader who thrives where AI, agentic design, and robust full-stack architectures meet.

Required Experience

§ Deep expertise in full stack engineering (React, , Python, Java, .NET, cloud, DevOps).

§ Hands-on mastery in building Agentic apps with LangChain, LLMs, and automated, context-driven workflows.

§ Proven impact delivering scalable AI-first platforms.

§ Track record of mentorship, agile project cycles, and technical vision in advanced engineering teams.

§ Bachelor's/Master's in CS/Engineering; 6-7 years building innovative platforms, with 1-2+ years as a technical team lead.
