We are expanding our team in Bangalore and hiring Full Stack Developers with experience in any one of the following technology stacks.

Job Overview

As a Full Stack Developer at BDIPlus, you'll work on building scalable, secure, and user-friendly enterprise solutions. You don't need to know every stack we use — we're looking for strong hands-on expertise in one of the stacks below.

Open Technology Stacks:


Java Fullstack

Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, JavaFX, JSP/Servlets, JavaScript


Messaging & Integration Fullstack

Apache Kafka, RabbitMQ with backend in Java/Python


Python + Frontend Fullstack

Python (FastAPI) with strong ReactJS or VueJS experience

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain web applications using your core tech stack.
  • Build responsive UIs with ReactJS/VueJS, HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, JavaScript/jQuery.
  • Implement backend services and REST APIs using your chosen stack.
  • Work with relational (MySQL, Postgres) and/or column-family (HBase) databases.
  • Contribute to Microservices design and integration.
  • Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security.
  • Debug and resolve technical issues quickly.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in full stack development.
  • Strong hands-on proficiency in one of the listed stacks (Java OR Messaging/Integration OR Python + Frontend).
  • Solid understanding of REST APIs, Microservices, and application architecture.
  • Good problem-solving skills, with a strong grasp of data structures and algorithms.
