We are seeking an AI Engineer to join our team at MightyBot, where we're focused on developing innovative AI solutions that drive real-world business challenges. You will play a key role in building reliable, self-improving systems that empower subject matter experts to automate their most complex, high-value work.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build AI-Enabled Products: Develop products that leverage the capabilities of Large Language Models (LLMs) and other recent advancements in foundation models. This includes evaluating and assimilating emerging techniques into our production systems.
  • High-Performance Search and RAG: Design and optimize our data indexing, ranking, and query processing systems for high-performance Search and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
  • Develop Evaluation Frameworks: Create robust frameworks to evaluate the performance of our agents, RAG systems, and various LLMs. We take a polyglot approach to working with LLMs, prioritizing open-source models.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 1-3 years of experience in Software Engineering or end-to-end Data Science, with strong proficiency in Python and data-oriented algorithms.
  • Strong background in either AI agents, data systems, or machine learning engineering.
  • Experience with modern Python microservices using FastAPI, Ray.IO for distributed AI workloads, and Kubernetes orchestration is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with our core technologies, including Ray, Postgres, Iceberg, Google Cloud, and Docker/Kubernetes/Helm, is a plus.
