Job Title: AI Architect

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled AI Architect to design and implement scalable data intelligence platforms that integrate structured and unstructured data sources.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and fine-tune Generative AI models (LLMs, GANs, Diffusion Models) for tasks such as text generation, synthetic data creation, and content automation.
  • Collaborate with data engineers, ML engineers, and product teams to deploy AI solutions into production environments.
  • Build and maintain data pipelines, feature stores, and model monitoring systems.
  • Apply prompt engineering techniques to optimize LLM performance for business use cases.
  • Conduct experiments and A/B testing to evaluate model performance and business impact.
  • Ensure compliance with data governance, privacy, and ethical AI standards.
Required Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in data science, machine learning, or AI engineering.
  • Hands-on experience with LLMs (e.g., GPT, Claude, LLaMA) and frameworks like Hugging Face, LangChain, or OpenAI APIs.
  • Proficiency in Python, SQL, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • A strong understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and MLOps.
