We're seeking a talented AI engineer to join our team and help shape the future of applied AI in India and beyond.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, building, and deploying real-world AI systems that power discovery, creativity, and business growth across markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design end-to-end pipelines for data ingestion, cleaning, embeddings, model training, evaluation, and deployment.
  • Architect scalable infrastructure using APIs, microservices, and data systems that integrate into live products.
  • Prototype generative AI tools, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems, and autonomous agents—and push them into production.
  • Work alongside product managers, designers, and founders to bring new AI-powered ventures to life.
Requirements
  • Strong programming background in Python or similar, and deep comfort with software engineering best practices.
  • Experience with ML/AI frameworks, including PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, LangChain, LlamaIndex, etc.
  • Familiarity with data engineering & databases, including SQL/NoSQL, vector DBs like Pinecone/Weaviate, cloud storage.
  • Familiarity with MLOps and deployment, including Docker, Kubernetes, AWS/GCP/Azure.
  • Hands-on exposure to retrieval systems, embeddings, and RAG pipelines.
  • A builder's mindset—comfortable taking ownership from zero-to-one.
  • Interest in generative agents, conversational AI, or recommendation engines.
  • Previous work in startups or venture studios.
