We are seeking an experienced Performance Marketer to join our team in driving growth through Google Ads campaigns.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of launching, testing, and optimizing campaigns with a focus on performance metrics such as real leads, return on ad spend (ROAS), and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic Google Performance Max campaigns targeting local and regional small-to-medium-sized businesses (SMBs) in the USA
  • Utilize data-driven approaches to build hypotheses, validate results, and scale successful campaigns
  • Optimize campaign structure, creative assets, ad copy, audience signals, and bidding strategies for maximum performance
  • Provide regular reports and actionable insights on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as cost-per-click (CPC), cost-per-lead (CPL), ROAS, and lead quality
Requirements:
  • Mandatory Google Ads Certification
  • Proven experience running Performance Max campaigns for SMBs
  • Strong understanding of North American SMB segments and customer behavior
  • Ability to set up conversion tracking, first-party audience signals, and campaign structure for max performance
  • Expertise in lead generation, ROAS optimization, and scaling budget
  • Strong communication, English proficiency, and ownership of results
