Job Overview:

  • Owning product vision, architecture, and execution while driving measurable business results.
  • Defining key product metrics, building and iterating on roadmaps, and leading high-performance product teams to drive strategic growth.
  • Scaling supply-side systems and auction charters, requiring deep product ownership, technical understanding, and seamless collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Vision & Strategy: Developing end-to-end product strategies that optimize supply, auctions, and monetization outcomes.
  • Establish & Track North-Star Metrics: Establishing and tracking north-star metrics such as liquidity, fill rate, bid efficiency, latency, and revenue per auction.
  • Craft & Maintain Multi-Quarter Roadmap: Crafting and maintaining a multi-quarter product roadmap balancing strategic goals, market opportunities, and technical considerations.
  • Development & Execution: Translating business requirements into detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) with clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical considerations.
  • User Research & Stakeholder Interviews: Conducting user research and stakeholder interviews turning insights into actionable roadmap initiatives.
  • Feature Prioritization & Backlog Grooming: Driving feature prioritization and backlog grooming using frameworks like MoSCoW or Kano.
  • & Analytics: Partnering with data engineering teams to design and monitor real-time dashboards for KPIs (auction outcomes, bid density, supply utilization).
  • A/B Testing Strategies: Defining A/B testing strategies ensuring statistically significant insights drive product decisions.
  • Post-Release Performance Analysis: Analyzing post-release performance data, running root cause analyses, and implementing course corrections.
  • Stakeholder Management: Leading, mentoring, and scaling a team of Product Managers instilling best practices in product discovery, delivery, and measurement.
  • Liaison between CPTO, Business Leaders, & Engineering: Acting as the primary liaison between CPTO, business leaders, and engineering ensuring tight alignment on objectives and deliverables.
  • Roadmap Communication: Communicating roadmap, trade-offs, and release impacts to C-level stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
