Product Analyst/Owner

Product Analyst/Product Owner :

We are looking for a Product Owner/ PA to drive the vision, strategy, and execution of our product roadmap. As a key member of the Agile team, you will own the product backlog, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure the development of high-value features that align with business and customer needs

Key Responsibilities :

- Conduct market research to identify trends, user needs, and opportunities for product enhancements.

- Define and communicate a clear product vision that aligns with business objectives

- Work closely with stakeholders, customers, and market research to identify key opportunities

- Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs

- Backlog Management & Prioritization

- Own and maintain the product backlog, ensuring that user stories are well-defined and prioritized

- Write clear and concise user stories, acceptance criteria, and requirements

- Use prioritization frameworks (e.g., MoSCoW, RICE, WSJF) to maximize business value

- Agile Development Collaboration

- Partner with engineering, UX/UI, and business teams to deliver high-quality features

- Participate in Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives

- Ensure the team understands the product goals and user needs

- Stakeholder & Customer Engagement

- Act as the bridge between business and technical teams, ensuring alignment

- Gather feedback from users, sales, and customer support to inform decisions

- Advocate for the best possible customer experience

- Performance & Continuous Improvement

- Define and track key product metrics (KPIs) to measure success

- Perform market analysis to validate product decisions

- Continuously iterate based on data-driven insights and user feedback

- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor products

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering) with a preference for an MBA

- 5+ years of experience in a Product Owner, Product Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role in a product-based environment

- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and practical experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Figma

- Proven track record of working with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products on time

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to interact confidently with both technical and non-technical

stakeholders

- High attention to detail with the ability to anticipate edge cases and think holistically

- Ability to own delivery and take accountability for outcomes without follow-up

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.

- Knowledge of user experience (UX) principles and best practices.
