Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Product Owner with 6-10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the problem domain and a passion for translating complex business challenges into clear, actionable requirements. You will serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and the development team, ensuring the product roadmap is aligned with business value and customer needs. This role requires a blend of analytical skills, technical knowledge, and excellent communication to drive the product lifecycle from concept to delivery.

Key Responsibilities :

Product Strategy & Discovery :

- Develop a profound understanding of the problem domain and the business value chain.

- Lead the needs discovery process, asking relevant questions to gain clarity in the problem space.

- Utilize innovation tools and techniques like Speedboat/Anchors, Product in a Box, or Risk Map to analyze and shape product strategy.

Requirements Management :

- Verbalize and summarize complex problems into simple, actionable steps for the development team.

- Work with UX specialists, graphic designers, and developers to define and refine user stories.

- Use prototyping tools such as Figma, Balsamiq, or Sketch to visualize and communicate product ideas.

Business & Market Analysis :

- Analyze the market to identify immediate customers and vendors for a given solution.

- Drill down into the business ecosystem to identify opportunities for vertical integration.

- Apply knowledge of marketing tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, and Hubspot to understand the customer lifecycle from acquisition to support.

Development & Team Collaboration :

- Possess a strong understanding of software development practices and the roles involved in delivering software.

- Craft a compelling product pitch and maintain a strong grasp of key startup growth metrics like LTV, COCA, and DAU/MAU.

Required Skills :

Core Experience :

- 6-10 years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role.

- Proven ability to understand the problem domain and business value chain.

Product & Technical Knowledge :

- Knowledge of key startup growth metrics including LTV, COCA, DAU/MAU, and Retention-related metrics.

- Strong understanding of software development practices and team roles (e.g., developers, UX specialists, data analysts).

Tools & Methodologies :

- Experience with needs discovery tools and innovation games.

- Hands-on experience with prototyping tools like Figma, Balsamiq, or Sketch.

- Knowledge of marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Hotjar, and Hubspot.

Soft Skills :

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to summarize complex problems.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving aptitude.

- Ability to ask relevant, clarifying questions.

Preferred Skills :

- Certification in Product Management (e.g., CSPO, PSPO).

- Experience in a startup or fast-paced technology environment.

- Knowledge of agile frameworks like Scrum or Kanban.
