Job Description:

The role of a Creative Content Lead is pivotal in shaping the brand's narrative and driving engagement across various marketing channels. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive content strategy that resonates with the target audience, aligns with brand goals, and fosters conversion.

As a key member of the marketing team, the Creative Content Lead will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand target personas, develop relevant content themes, and drive consistency in brand voice and storytelling.

This position requires a deep understanding of both brand storytelling and performance marketing content. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing and scaling small to mid-sized content teams, interpreting content performance data, and driving actionable insights.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of experience in content creation and strategy, preferably in D2C, health, wellness, or beauty brands.
  • Strong understanding of both brand storytelling and performance marketing content.
  • Proven experience in managing and scaling small to mid-sized content teams.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills with a strong eye for detail.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret content performance data and drive actionable insights.
  • A creative thinker who understands how to speak to the modern consumer.
  • Understanding of SEO principles, social trends, and email marketing.
