Key Ecommerce Leader

Transformative Ventures seeks a pioneering Key Ecommerce Leader to drive growth across our diverse portfolio.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead the P&L for our geography, setting ambitious revenue and customer acquisition targets.
  • Develop a comprehensive growth strategy, leveraging D2C, marketplaces, offline, and new channels.
  • Forecast demand and manage end-to-end inventory, ensuring optimal stock levels and minimizing waste.
  • Define product-market fit, localize hero SKUs, and develop new-product roadmaps.
  • Collaborate with R&D to adapt formulations for regional regulations and sensorial preferences.
  • Coordinate 360° marketing efforts, allocating budgets for maximum return on ad spend.
  • Establish data pipelines and dashboards, tracking cohorts, repeat rates, and marketplace rankings in real-time.
  • Negotiate with logistics providers and payment partners to optimize landed costs and service level agreements.
  • Recruit, mentor, and performance-manage cross-functional teams.
  • Champion customer obsession, mining VOC insights to inform product updates and customer experience enhancements.
  • Drive strategic partnerships with wellness chains and tourism boards to amplify reach.
  • Ensure legal and tax compliance, including cosmetics claims and GDPR-like mandates.
  • Present quarterly business reviews to Global Leadership, highlighting wins, risks, and next bets.
  • Deploy a test-and-learn culture, running A/B tests on funnels, creatives, bundles, and pricing levers.
  • Set up disaster-recovery and continuity plans for supply, logistics, ads, and key seller accounts.
  • Benchmark competition, delivering actionable intelligence on pricing, share-of-voice, and shelf velocity.
  • Act as the brand's cultural ambassador, embodying its ethos while driving high-performance execution.
