Cloud-Native Architect

We are seeking a seasoned Cloud-Native Architect to drive the design and development of scalable, resilient systems. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for architecting and building cloud-native applications using Java (Spring Boot) and event-driven architectures.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in distributed systems, NoSQL databases (ScyllaDB, MongoDB), and performance optimization techniques. You will also possess strong leadership skills, with experience mentoring teams and delivering critical initiatives from design to deployment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive system design and platform architecture decisions
  • Build scalable, resilient systems using Java (Spring Boot) and event-driven architectures
  • Own end-to-end delivery of critical initiatives from design to deployment
  • Lead multiple high-impact projects simultaneously
  • Mentor teams while solving complex technical challenges

Requirements:

  • 8-12 years backend development experience
  • Deep Java expertise (Spring Boot, Hibernate)
  • Hands-on developer with experience coding, architecting, and leading by example
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and timelines
  • Strong collaboration skills with stakeholders - Product teams, Clients, and Cross-functional tech teams
  • Distributed systems experience with event-driven architectures
  • NoSQL databases (ScyllaDB, MongoDB)
  • Performance optimization and latency tuning skills
  • Ownership mindset with proven track record of delivering mission-critical projects
