About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to lead projects and guide teams towards delivering high-quality code deliverables. As a Digital Transformation Expert, you will be responsible for understanding client requirements, creating and reviewing designs, validating architecture, and ensuring high levels of service offerings.
You will also participate in project estimation, provide inputs for solution delivery, conduct technical risk planning, perform code reviews, and unit test plan reviews. Additionally, you will lead and guide your teams towards developing optimized high-quality code deliverables, continual knowledge management, and adherence to organizational guidelines and processes.
Responsibilities- Interface with clients for quality assurance, issue resolution, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Understand requirements, create and review designs, validate architecture, and ensure high levels of service offerings.
- Participate in project estimation, provide inputs for solution delivery, conduct technical risk planning, perform code reviews, and unit test plan reviews.
- Lead and guide teams towards developing optimized high-quality code deliverables, continual knowledge management, and adherence to organizational guidelines and processes.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A minimum of 9-19 years of experience, with at least 9 years of Finacle experience post-banking/financial services.
- Hands-on experience working in a leading bank operation for 5-7 years is a plus.
- Good consulting/developing skills and knowledge of financial industries processes & best practices.
- Experience in working on multi-country/multi-regional implementation projects in Payments.
- Excellent consulting, communication, stakeholder management skills, and strong thought leadership in the emerging technology space, preferably in digital channels across Banking & Financial Services verticals.
- Experience working with multinational clients, working across organizational levels and processes, and exposure to global best practices and trends desired.
The location of posting is subject to business requirements and may include Bangalore, Pune, Navi Mumbai, Chennai, Trivandrum, Hyderabad, and Chandigarh.
Compensation PackageWe offer a competitive compensation package that includes an estimated annual salary of ₹25,00,000 - ₹40,00,000 (₹20,83,333 - ₹33,33,333 per annum) depending on qualifications and experience.
