Job Description

The Sales and Logistics Coordinator plays a pivotal role in the seamless movement of vehicles, effective dispatch operations, pipeline invoicing, and smooth logistics operations. This position demands close collaboration with internal teams (marketing, sales, and process departments), external stakeholders (customers, transporters, drivers), and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate will oversee vehicle movement, coordinate dispatch operations, manage pipeline invoicing, and guarantee efficient cross-departmental coordination. They must be able to generate and maintain dispatch documents, ensure record-keeping compliance, handle documentation, and participate in internal audits.

This is a high-volume role that requires exceptional organizational, communication, and coordination skills. The successful candidate will be able to handle up to 200 vehicles per day while maintaining safe process operations. They will also be responsible for incident investigations, data provision for system integrations, and daily meetings for logistics updates.

A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in sales/logistic coordination is required, along with strong knowledge of logistics operations, export documentation, GST laws, SAP software, and inventory management systems. A Bachelor's degree and Certification in Supply Chain Management/Material Management are preferred.
