Job Title: Talent Program Coordinator

This role involves owning the day-to-day coordination for an enterprise MSP/VMS talent program. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating activities across multiple teams and stakeholders, ensuring seamless delivery of the program.

">Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with VMS team on requisition intake, clarifications, SLAs, and escalations to ensure timely resolution of issues.
  • Screen candidates based on must-have skills, rate, location, and notice period, and conduct brief skills checks when required.
  • Prepare, quality-check, and submit resumes in the VMS, verify documentation, and ensure audit readiness to maintain high-quality submissions.
  • Coordinate interviews end-to-end across time zones, confirm panels and logistics, and ensure smooth candidate experience.
  • Maintain live pipelines, trackers, and weekly reports (submittals, interviews, offers, starts) to provide visibility into program performance.
  • Monitor bill-rate/markup compliance and turnaround times, and clear blockers quickly to ensure program success.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 3–6 years in staffing operations, MSP/VMS coordination, or enterprise recruiting coordination, with hands-on experience with a major VMS and an ATS.
  • Strong resume QC, JD deconstruction, and candidate screening skills, with advanced Excel/Google Sheets proficiency.
  • Clear written and spoken English, with consistent U.S. overlap availability.
