We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our internal audit efforts. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in guiding risk-based internal audits across various operational, financial, and compliance areas.
Responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing comprehensive annual risk-based audit plans
- Designing and testing controls, issuing clear reports with actionable recommendations
- Leading high-performing audit teams, coaching reviewers, and managing senior stakeholders
To be successful, you should have strong leadership skills, excellent client communication and negotiation abilities, and expertise in risk assessment, control testing, and report writing.
Requirements
- 9+ years of post-qualification experience as a CA with expertise in consulting/CA firms doing hands-on internal audit and leadership roles
- Delhi-based or relocating, willingness to travel as needed
Fiduciary Qualifications
We prefer candidates with mid-tier consulting/CA firm experience and robust IA exposure.
