Business Intelligence Analyst Position

Location: Gurgaon

Department: South Asia Decorative Paints Business Unit

Reports To: Regional Strategy Manager / BU Marketing Head

Experience Required: 2–4 years in Strategy, Consulting, or Market Intelligence

Education: MBA (preferably with experience in strategic roles)

Job Summary:

  • We seek a detail-oriented Business Intelligence Analyst to collaborate on strategy development, market research, and business analysis projects across South Asia.
  • This role involves close collaboration with marketing, sales, finance, and global teams to deliver data-driven insights and support informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support cross-functional strategy workstreams through executive-level presentations and collaborative planning efforts
  • Execute business-wide planning processes, including commercial plan development, market share modeling, and situation analysis
  • Conduct market and competitor intelligence—developing and maintaining a repository of actionable insights
  • Analyze large datasets from internal dashboards, research reports, and external databases
  • Coordinate business planning initiatives and timelines with multiple countries and stakeholders

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • MBA with 2–4 years of experience in Strategy/Consulting/Market Intelligence
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Excellent MS Excel and PowerPoint skills (Power BI preferred)
  • Ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable recommendations
  • Experience working in a multi-country environment is an asset
