Job Title: Strategic Business Analyst

  • Collaborate with sales teams to define annual account strategies aligned with revenue goals.

Data Storytelling: Communicate complex data insights through expert analysis, interpretation, and visualization using PowerPoint or other tools.

Data Analysis: Analyze and interpret data into charts and high-quality graphics, presenting actionable insights to internal stakeholders.

Customer Segmentation: Partner with analysts to develop and refine customer segmentation strategies for support matrix development.

Revenue Growth: Support revenue-generating initiatives like customer engagement, renewal rate improvement, and promotion campaign execution.

Market Insights: Develop scalable market insights and customer insights content for internal use, webinars, and industry publications.

Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end project delivery, ensuring timely and quality results.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 6-9 years of experience in consulting or strategy roles within the analytics domain.
  • Bachelor's degree in technology, statistics, sciences, mathematics, or engineering with a good academic record.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with attention to precision and logical organization.
  • Experience working with SQL, Snowflake, and advanced Excel.
  • Hands-on experience with PowerPoint and storyboarding skills for effective presentations.
  • Excellent project and time management skills, with consultative experience and exposure to meeting deadlines under pressure.
  • Self-driven and able to work with geographically distributed teams.
