The Role

We seek a Co-Founder with strong analytical skills and a marketing-oriented mindset. This role suits someone with an entrepreneurial spirit – willing to take calculated risks, create something innovative, and scale it globally.

You will work closely with Sales and Tech Co-Founders, with equity-sharing opportunities among all founders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Content Operations & Business Communication
  • Drive Marketing Campaigns (Performance Ads, Influencer Collaborations, Viral Social Media)
  • Be the Brand Ambassador – Camera-Friendly Presence for Videos & Storytelling
  • Contribute to Business Strategy, Fundraising & Scaling Operations
  • Collaborate with Sales & Tech Co-Founders to Align Product, Growth & Vision
  • Bring Innovative Ideas to Position the Brand on a Global Stage
Qualifications
  • Strong Analytical Skills and Research Abilities
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Experience in Sales, Marketing, Leadership & Team Management
  • Proven Track Record of Business Development & Strategic Planning
  • Ability to Work Collaboratively and Make Data-Driven Decisions
  • Experience in the Digital Agency Space is a Plus
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or a Related Field
