Lead Credit Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Senior Associate Credit to strengthen our credit and deal execution capabilities.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Draft clear, accurate, and comprehensive credit memos for transactions.
- Prepare, review, and analyze loan term sheets.
- Conduct financial and credit analysis to support underwriting decisions.
- Assist in identifying and assessing risks, and provide recommendations to mitigate them.
- Collaborate with the lending team to ensure timely and efficient deal execution.
- Maintain high attention to detail while working across multiple transactions simultaneously.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 3–7 years of credit analysis / underwriting experience with lenders or investment managers.
- Candidates with prior experience in investor relations will be preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a solid foundation in credit fundamentals.
- Excellent writing skills and ability to prepare professional reports and memos.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial analysis tools.
- Exposure to real estate debt is highly preferred. Good in Financial Modeling
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with global teams.
About the Role:
- This role is fully remote and based in India.
- The ideal candidate must align with US Eastern Standard Time (EST) working hours.
