Job Overview

The role of System Support Professional is a pivotal position within an organization. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of Access Control and CCTV systems software and hardware.

This staff will serve as the primary point of contact for all Security Technology-related issues or outages, providing timely and effective solutions to maintain business continuity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Product Support: Provide configuration support for Access Control and CCTV systems, diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware issues, offer remote assistance to internal clients on system configuration, identify and analyze system failures, and escalate unresolved issues to relevant teams.
  • Application Server Support: Install and configure security system applications on servers, provide 24x7 monitoring of application services hosted on servers, properly escalate unresolved issues to internal teams.
  • Other Responsibilities: Respond promptly and professionally to emergency service calls during office hours and off-hours, involve other team members in decision-making, act independently when required, report to senior management, and participate in departmental meetings.

Qualifications/Competencies:

  • Knowledge of Access Control and CCTV systems, experience in Installation and Maintenance of these systems is a plus.
  • Experience in CCURE 9000 and CCURE GO software and all related hardware, and their integration.
  • Experience in enterprise CCTV systems like Intellicene (Cognyte/Verint), Symphia VMS, Genetec video solutions, etc.
  • Experience in Windows Server Operating systems (Windows Server 2016, 2019).
  • Experience in SQL is a plus, as well as PowerShell programming.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, technical trouble-shooting and reverse engineering skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, motivated self-starter ability to multitask.
  • Engineering Degree in Electronics/Computer Science or any equivalent qualification.
