About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled ESG Sustainability Lead to join our team. As a key member of our sustainability department, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing our company's ESG strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute ESG Strategy: Collaborate with senior management to establish and achieve ESG goals, ensuring alignment with global best practices.
  • Integrate ESG into Business Strategies: Work closely with various departments to embed ESG principles into our business operations.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to local and international ESG regulations and standards.
  • Prepare and Manage ESG Disclosures: Develop accurate and transparent ESG reports, utilizing data from various sources.
  • ESG Software Management: Oversee the implementation and optimization of ESG software tools, enhancing data management and reporting capabilities.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with internal and external stakeholders to promote ESG initiatives and address concerns.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Provide actionable insights through detailed ESG reports and performance analysis.
  • Program Oversight: Implement and monitor ESG programs across business units, driving continuous improvement in sustainability practices and performance.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Certifications: Master's degree or relevant ESG certifications preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in ESG management, sustainability, or a related field, with a proven track record in managing ESG software tools and projects.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Deep understanding of ESG frameworks, guidelines, and global standards.
  • Expertise in working with various ESG software tools and technologies.
  • Strong grasp of sustainability trends and technological advancements.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage ESG software projects effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the capability to engage and influence stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in ESG reporting and data analysis.
