Talent Acquisition Lead - Data Analytics


About the Role:

We seek a seasoned Senior Talent Acquisition professional to lead our efforts in Data Analytics hiring. This role will be responsible for managing internal and external stakeholder relationships, guiding and developing a recruitment team, and driving business growth through effective talent acquisition strategies.

This is a key leadership position that requires a strong leader with expertise in talent acquisition, data analysis, and strategic planning. The ideal candidate will have 12-14 years of experience in data analytics hiring, with at least 4 years of team management experience. Strong knowledge of recruitment principles, practices, and tools is essential, along with proficiency in data analysis and finding trends. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills are also required.


Key Responsibilities:
  1. Team Management:
  • Recruit, lead, and manage a team of Talent Acquisition professionals.
  • Set clear goals and expectations for the team.
  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture.
Recruitment Deliverables:
  • Devise sourcing strategies and recruit using multiple channels.
  • Serve as a trusted business partner to the Business Leadership Team.
  • Drive Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion practice from a recruiting lens.
Process Adherence and Efficiency:
  • Ensure process adherence and develop checks & balances.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve hiring practices.
Stakeholder Engagement:
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
  • Act as a point of contact for hiring inquiries and needs.
Training and Development:
  • Identify training needs within the team.
  • Provide coaching and feedback to team members.
