Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Design Manager to drive the development of new products and lead our engineering team to achieve design goals with high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop project plans, schedules, bids, or proposals to ensure timely delivery.
  • Guide the design team to complete projects efficiently and effectively.
  • Review and approve 3D models, drawings, BOMs for accuracy.
  • Oversee inspection plans and critical dimensions adherence plans.
  • Monitor product performance and minimize field failures due to design defects.
  • Research, ideate, and develop new products as technical lead for all new projects.
  • Collaborate with the team to drive innovation and improve processes.

  • Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Experience in design development, project management, and technical training.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools.
