Product Management Job Description:

Job Overview

  • As a Product Manager, you will lead the product development effort by partnering with cross-functional teams to define and deliver a world-class software solution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and prioritize features to maximize our software development investment.
  • Develop detailed product roadmaps and translate them into actionable product requirements.
  • Communicate effectively with engineering teams, leadership, and stakeholders to convey vision, goals, and project status.
  • Own product backlog grooming, ensuring stories are granular enough for a single sprint.
  • Define acceptance criteria and ensure requirements meet information security policies.
  • Partner with Agile Project Managers to drive trade-offs between schedule and requirements.
  • Work closely with engineering, QA, and operations teams to deliver products with quick time-to-market and optimal resources.
  • Align with key initiatives and cross-functional goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience as a product manager or product owner in an Agile setup.

  • Experience collaborating with multiple scrum teams and building strong interpersonal relationships.
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and standard product requirement planning tools.
  • Working knowledge of software development and SaaS platforms.
