Corporate Travel Associate

We invite you to drive the future of corporate travel by joining our team as a Corporate Travel Associate. As a key member, you will play a vital role in communicating and responding to requests from current and new clients, helping them navigate the world of travel efficiently.

  • Search and confirm travel reservations for customers with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Develop strong understanding of global geography, including time zones and cultural nuances.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, such as DOT, TSA, passports, visas, and other necessary requirements.
  • Provide industry insights, including low fares, exchange rates, and penalties, to support informed decision-making.
  • Collaborate effectively, think critically, and be proactive in tasks to drive results.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage client relationships and respond to inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of various travel industries, including transportation, accommodations, and activities.
About You
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Working knowledge of geography and time zones.
  • Ability to adapt to different types of training and collaborate effectively.
  • Preferred: Knowledge on transit visa and willingness to learn.
