Job Title: ServiceNow Technical Consultant/Developer

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Technical Consultant/Developer to join our team. As a key member of our service delivery team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions that meet our clients' needs.



Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and customize ServiceNow applications, focusing on IT Asset Management, Hardware Asset Management, and Software Asset Management
  • Collaborate with the architecture team to design and implement effective solutions that meet client requirements
  • Optimize and maintain existing ServiceNow applications for performance and scalability
  • Integrate ServiceNow SAM solutions seamlessly with other enterprise systems and platforms
  • Troubleshoot complex issues within the ServiceNow SAM modules and deliver timely resolutions
  • Lead code reviews and enforce best practices in ServiceNow development


Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree with at least 5 years of ServiceNow design and development experience
  • Familiarity with configuration of SAM processes and end-to-end lifecycle, SCCM, Software Asset Workspaces, Software Spend Detection, etc.
  • Experience in development and implementation of ServiceNow SAM Pro module
  • Development experience on the ServiceNow platform including customization of applications such as ITAM, SAM, and custom apps


Preferred Skills and Certifications:
  • ServiceNow certifications - System Administrator, Certified Implementation Specialist
  • ITIL v3 certification
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong presentation development and Customer Presentation skills
