Our team seeks a skilled Senior Expert to spearhead the development and execution of our global intellectual property strategy. As a trusted advisor, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's IP landscape across key jurisdictions.

  • Leverage your expertise to drive innovation capture frameworks and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • File, prosecute, and manage patents, trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets
  • Evaluate invention disclosures and assess patentability, ensuring strategic alignment with business objectives
  • Advise on patentability, freedom to operate, open-source considerations, and IP risk management

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) from a reputable institution; Master's or LL.M. is highly valued
  • Registered Indian Patent Agent (mandatory)
  • USPTO registration or strong working experience with the USPTO (preferred)
  • 8-12 years of experience in IP law with a strong track record in healthcare tech, AI, and digital health
  • Demonstrated ability to understand complex software, AI/ML systems, and medical devices
